About The Artist
I began sketching and painting at age 2, and entered my first art contest, sponsored by the Paul Shannon TV show (does anyone remember Paul Shannon?) when I was still in grade school. My childhood efforts were disqualified, because the sponsors/promoters were convinced that my early artwork had been created by an adult! Some years later, my talent was recognized and rewarded by the Carnegie Museum of Art, when the institute chose me to attend art classes for the gifted. During adulthood, my passion for caring led me to choose a career in nursing. During these years, I shared my caring with my patients and my paintings with family and friends. I have reached a time in my life where I want to expand my circle of friends and embrace both my loves: the art of painting and the passion of caring. This is an exciting time for me and I would love to share with you my creativity and passion as your loved ones are captured on canvas!
"Rich colors, textures created by brush strokes, and a passion for people and their pets on canvas are not the elements of a dream, but a reality." J. Lee, Artist
My Promise!
The final portrait will be the most rich, imaginative, and accurate expression of your character on canvas.
My Mission!
To paint a portrait that evokes, represents, and captures an accurately haunting representation through the synergy of technology and traditional portrait painting techniques. Technology, using the most elite components, assists in expediting the composition and maintaining characteristic integrity, before the traditional painting process begins. This is not computer-generated portraiture. Technology is another tool in the artist’s portfolio, which efficiently and effectively secures the client’s complete satisfaction. However, upon client demand and with additional fees, time, and contractual agreements, a painting will be created using exclusively traditional means from start to finish.
My Guarantee!
If you do not absolutely love your composition, all of your money will be refunded. **Prior to transfer to canvas.
